Teacher's Risk

           Teacher is my job...many people think that a noble job.Honestly that is totally correct. Something nobly always has its challenge.

       People says that "A teacher always be model for students ". That sentence kinda annoying for me. Firstly, I am not a perfect person. Secondly, I only depend on the knowledge that I 've got from my background education. Thirdly, I am not always discipline. The last, It's hard for me to inspire my students to be a nice people. In this case a teacher not only must teaching but also educating. We are the hope for our country in forming the next generation.

        Obviously, I love my job because I can recognize various students' character and try understand them. The hard part is when many questions appear into myself " Am I a good teacher?. I am just an ordinary person who depend on my knowledge". Sometimes I feel guilty if I realize that I teach something unclear and make  students confuse. I will think so hard what I will do next. The things must be creative to make my students understand easily. Becoming teacher needs creativity because lead and give service for our students.

Creativity influence teacher's performance but the most influence is teacher's character. The character influence the students' response. Whether is positive and negative response. Teacher's character sometimes dilemma for me. If I state my character become a killer teacher, the students will hate me. Conversely, if I state myself become a friendly teacher, the students will spoil and never appreciate you. Honestly, I don't want students hate me but I don't want they become spoil. Finally, I state become myself become a half killer and half friendly. LOL.

It's hard become a teacher when you become you are not. That's why I have decided to be myself in teaching. What I love become a teacher is teaching because I can discuss and sharing a story or knowledge with my students. What I hate become a teacher is check the students' assignment and become overseer in mid-test or final exam. The only thing make me stay become a teacher is my students. I love their spirit, smile and intelligent always make remember when I was young and give inspiration of my life. That's all my story about teacher's risk, every work has its own story even is fun or annoying.

EMERGENCY BF/GF

Do you ever become Emergency BF/GF...??
If you don't...I tell you now.
First of all the definition of Emergency BF/GF is A BF/GF is needed when your mate feel lonely or need your help for something but He/ she never cheat on you.

Almost the typical of BF/GF who makes you as emergency BF/GF is workaholic. He/she just busy of their business. He/she is not romantic and do what he/she likes.

My friends and I have ever felt this experience. It's kind of annoying moment coz our BF/GF never be by your side when you need her/ him. On the contrary, You always do the best endeavour to be present when your BF/GF need you. Sometimes, You feel alone maybe you can feel you are single coz ur BF/GF seems invisible in your life. Most of cases, your BF/GF who make you as Emergency BF/GF  is busy in their world. He/she just forget about the commitment in relationship.

If you have this condition, You should not leave your BF/GF. What you should do first is stay positive. Positive thinking is very helpful to strenghten yourself. Next, don't stop give your care to your BF/GF. THen, find out the good timing to Talk to your BF/GF about your commitment. The last step

Before you want to start a relationship you should know your BF/GF behavior and job. The typical o of busy man is hard to understand. If you can't stand with your emergency BF/GF status you have a right to leave your BF/GF.

PLease don't become EMERGENCY BF/GF in your relationship, because You are so special so find out a lover who appreciate you.

Make a Simple Purse from Clip file Folder (The second Chance of Useless file Folder)

Hello guys, welcome back with me Elsa. This post about the Tutorial to make a simple purse. I hope you like it, This purse is multi function you not only keep your money but also keep your make up tools. The main materials are felt and secondhand of clip file folder. I got the inspiration because I found my old clip file folders which I would place them in trash. So, I tried to find a idea to make them meaningful again to me. By the way, I will show you how I make it meaningful, please read it guys!! :)

Material:
1. 1 black felt ( 25 cm X 23 cm)
2.  2 pieces purple felt A (25 cm x 5 cm)
3.  2 pieces purple felt B (12 cm x 5 cm)
4. Clip file folder (Whatever the kind of folder but It must from Plastic)
5. Zipper

The materials

Tools:
1. Scissors
2. Ruler
3. Marker
4. Glue (Fox)
5. Needle
6. Thread

HOW TO MAKE IT

Steps 1 (MAKE THE INNER) :
1. First, measure the folder with length: 25 cm and Width : 23 Cm.
2. Use the marker to make the line.
3. Cut the folder with scissors.
4. Divide the width (23 cm) of the folder  into 3 parts, they are top: 10 cm, middle : 3 cm and the below : 10 cm.
5. Use the marker to make the line of these parts.
6. Then Fold the folder based on the line.

Step 2 (THE FELTS) :
1. Cut the black felt become 25 cm x 23 cm
2. Make two pieces the purple felt A with the size 25 cm X 5 cm and two pieces  Purple felt B with the size 12 cm X 5 Cm

Step 3 (THE PURSE):
1. Prepare the black felt with the length: 27 cm and width: 25 cm.
2. attach the black felt on the folder.
3. after that, you fold based on the shape.
4. Prepare the small 2 pieces of purple felt B with the size, length: 12 cm and width : 5 cm.
5. The small purple felt, you sew them on left and right the purse.

Step 4 (ATTACH THE ZIPPER ON THE PURSE):
1.First, prepare the purple felt A and zipper.
2. Sew the zipper on two pieces purple A.
3. After that, attach the border of the zipper on the purse.
4. To make it cute  give a purple ribbon on your purse.
5. Finally, You have your new  purse.

Tutorial How To Make Simple Ballerina Skirt for Children

Hello...Guys, Welcome back to meet me Elsa and not a Blonde Queen Elsa. Today I will show you How to make a Simple Ballerina Skirt for Children. This skirt can be used to Teen and Adult too, but you must to expand the skirt's size. The material to make a ballerina skirt is Tulle, which have very fine netting.

To make this skirt, first of all you must prepare the material and tool, so let's see what are they:

THE MATERIALS:                   

1. Tulle = 2 Meters                           
2. Elastic = 1 Meter 

THE TOOLS:

1. Scissors
2. Thread
3. Needle  

If you have prepared the materials and tools, what you do is to follow the steps based on this writing and watch video below:

1. Cut the Tulle cut into rectangular pieces with scissors.
2. After you finish cut them, please prepare the elastic.
3. Then, Bind the rectangular pieces to the elastic that had been prepared .You must bind the as you put the tie . For more details you should pay attention to the pictures and videos in this blog.
4. You Must bind them one by one till the elastic full of the tulle.
5. Sew the the elastic, and the Ballerina skirt is ready to use.

The Tutorial How to make a Floral Hairband from Felt

Hi,,guys, Today I want show you how to make a floral hairband from Felt. I got the inspiration from "Roar" music video by Katy Perry. You can see the picture below:

Okay, we start from the materials:

1. Felts ( For leaf choose green felt, and for flower you can choose freely)

2. Elastic

The Tools are:

1. Scissors

2. Candle Glue

3. Candle

4. Thread

5. A Needle
6. Pencil




After you prepare the materials and tools. You can start to make the floral hairband. The steps are divided into two sessions. The first session is to make the flower and the last is to make the leaves.

Session 1 : To make the flowers

1. First, cut the felt with scissors to make the small circles.
2. After that, make the some flower petals pattern and cut them.
3. If you have done with the circles and flower petals, you can attach the flower petals with candle glue on the circle one by one until it become one flower.
4. The one flower is done, you can see the clear thought in the picture below:

Let's next the Session Two.
 Session 2: To make the Leaves
1. Make  leaves pattern by pencil.
2. Cut the pattern
3. After the leaves are ready, attach the leaves on the elastic.

Okay guys, you almost finish. You already have the flowers and the leaves, what you do is only to attach the flowers on the leaves. After you finish in attaching flower, you must sew the end of the elastic with thread and needles.

The Best Teen Movie Ever that you must watch!!

Hello My name is Elsa but I am not Elsa Frozen because I am not Blonde. Okay Let's see, I have recommended teen movie for you. They are :

1. THE DUFF 

This movie is very good because it is about the duff (Designated ugly fat friends) which based on a novel by Kody Koplinger with the same title "The Duff". It is about Bianca piper (Mae Whitman), 17 years old who have two hot close friends, They are Jess (Skyler Samuels) and Casey (Bianca Santos) who totally popular than her. One day at a party who hosted by Madison (Bella Thorne), she is a mean girl at school, Bianca met Wes Rush (Robbie Amell) who told her that she is a duff.of her friend group. Bianca feel insult about that but then Bianca realize that wes is right. All students only interested her because she be friend with Jess and Casey. This is one of my favorite movie because the story is very interesting. This movie is about Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan), she is a daughter of zoologist parents who work in Africa. One day, They have returned to US, so it is become the first time for Cady to be a new student in Public School.In school, she met new classmates Janis and Damian who warn her to avoid The Plastics. The Plastic is the popular girl who led by Queen Bee Regina George (Rachel Mcadams). But, The Plastics take an interest in Cady so not longer Cady become a part of them. It make Janis decided to make a plan of revenge Regina, Using Cady as the Infiltrator.

3. The Clique

This movie based on a novel by Lisi Harrison. The movie about the most popular girls in their school, they are Massie Block, Dylan Marvil, KristenGregory and Alicia Rivera. Because of that they called themselves the "Pretty Committee". One day, Lyons family moved from Florida and lived at block's guesthouse. It make Massie feel insult because the lyon's daughter, claire (Ellen Marlow). Massie do not like claire anymore moreover she know that they love the same boy, Chris Abeley.

4. Teen Spirit

This movie about amber Pollock (Cassie Scerbo), A mean a mean and popular girl in school who gets electrocuted and dies. She is not allowed to enter into heaven because she must complete a duty to help an unpopular girl, Lisa  (Lindsey Shaw) Summer to be Prom Queen.

5. How To build a Better Boy

It is about two best friends, Mae  (kelli Berglund) and Gabby (China Anne Mcclain) who are the smart tenth graders. Mae crush on Jaden (Noah Centineo) and she hope jaden invite her to homecoming party. The problem is Mae gets humiliated by Navaeh (Ashley Argota), A  Popular cheerleader girl who already going with Jaden. To avoiding her embarrassing, she claims that she already has a boyfriend. Then, Mae and Gabby cooperated to make a virtual boyfriend with military software robotic.
